Your proposal considers transaction volume, number of accounts and entities, current record condition, reporting needs, and service level. Cleanup and catch-up work are scoped separately. This website does not charge a card or enroll you in a subscription.

Choose your discovery time

Book a 30-minute Google Meet call on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Central Time. Tuesdays and weekends are unavailable. Google Calendar shows current openings and confirms your booking. You can also send an inquiry for personal follow-up; an inquiry alone does not reserve a time.

Before work starts

A written engagement should define deliverables, fees, billing schedule, responsibilities, reporting cadence, access permissions, and how changes or cancellation are handled. A website inquiry is not an executed accounting engagement. Audit Readiness & Auditor Support covers preparation of reconciled books, supporting schedules, documentation, and management-approved responses. It does not include independent audits, financial-statement review engagements, audit opinions, or assurance. Those services are handled by appropriately qualified independent auditors. Tax filing and platform access are not included.

Onboarding by invitation

After scope is agreed, confirm the accounting software and the specific access required. Use named-user invitations with appropriate permissions; keep payment approval with your business. NoahX must confirm an authenticated document-sharing destination before you send sensitive records. There is no active financial-document upload or client portal on this website.
